Magnesium 8-fach

Eight magnesium salts in one capsule, 300 mg of magnesium per daily dose. Vegan and suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Vitamin B12 500 µg

Activated vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 500 µg per capsule. Suitable during pregnancy, while breastfeeding and for young people aged 12 and over.

Omega 3

At least 1000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per capsule, of which 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA from fish oil concentrate.

30 mg of zinc per capsule, one capsule a day. 60 capsules per pack.

Ashwagandha

350 mg root extract with 35 mg withanolides, plus vitamin B6. For adults aged 18 and over, vegan.

Artischocke plus Mariendistel

500 mg of artichoke extract and 250 mg of milk thistle fruit extract with 200 mg of silymarin. Vegan, free from gluten, lactose and fructose.
